Mila Kunis and that pregnant yoga body

Mila Kunis is having the pregnancy that I always wanted – the thin everything except for a perfect, round bump!   Dressed for yoga in a black singlet, black leggings and a pair of white thongs, it is clear that she has been taking care of herself.  Based on how she looks know, just a few weeks from birth, she will be back to her pre-pregnancy body in no time.

What are your tips for staying in shape during pregnancy?

Another day, another hike for Emily Blunt

Just a few days ago, I posted some photographs of Emily Blunt hiking in LA’s Runyon cannon and here she is doing it again.  Emily, along with countless other celebrities, exercise regularly throughout their pregnancy and the benefits of this shine through.

Emily looks so fit and healthy in these photographs wearing a long-sleeved white shirt with heart detail, black leggings, turquoise sports bra, grey singlet, sunglasses and a pair of black and pink runners.  Her no fuss look continued with her short blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail .

If you are on the hunt for casual work out clothes, then leggings and a shirt like Emily is a great place to start.  The leggings will cleverly stretch as your bump grows and will be comfortable for both exercising and for those lie-on-the-couch times.

Here are some of the best selling work out clothes available on Amazon:

Emily Blunt stays slim during pregnancy

Emily Blunt is in great shape isn’t she?  Here she is photographed taking her dog for a walk in Runyon Canon in LA.  Emily’s exercise look is completely different to other, more famous, celebrities – like Kim Kardashian’s poor fitting, too-revealing workout clothes.

Emily’s look reminds me of Jenna Dewan-Tatum, who also enjoyed working out in the Hollywood Hills.  They are both wearing leggings / pants, a tight fitting workout top and a hoodie.  Pretty basic, right?  But unfortunately, not every celebrity gets it right.

Here’s how you can get Emily’s look (and remember to have adequate support for your chest as it grows larger and larger and larger!).
